Making a claim

Firstly, if you don’t have all your bank statements from the last 6 years then don’t worry - All we need is a written authority that we will ask you to complete which allows us to act on your behalf for the duration of the claim and we will take care of the rest.

You can also often claim back on closed accounts. We shall post you the relevant forms to fill in upon your enquiry.

We shall keep you fully informed of all negotiations at all times while reclaiming your bank charges.

Usually reclaiming your bank charges is a relatively quick process and you should receive your money within 6 – 8 weeks. We then shall take a fee from as little as 25% from the refund (one of the cheapest in the UK) as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the agreement.
