What does it cost?
We are so confident of what we are saying we operate on a no win, no fee basis. We charge from as little as 25% of the amount recovered, and will only take payment when all the funds are returned to us.

How long does it take?
It largely depends on the co-operation of your bank, but on average about three months from your first contact with us to recovering your compensation.

So what do I do next?
Complete our on-line form, giving us your information, so we can contact you, then complete, sign and return the questionnaire we will send you with a cheque for £10 for each different bank account made payable to your bank(s) – this will enable us to see exactly what charges and interest have been made.

Will it have to go through court?
Not necessarily, it depends on your bank’s attitude to the claim, however, most of our cases are settled by the banks prior to any court decision, but it could. We will do everything on your behalf – documentation, represent you and do all the talking to your bank.

How will I know how much they owe me?
Once we have your authority to act on your behalf, we will approach your bank for your records (hence the cheque for £10). We will then review your account and tell you what we believe you are owed.
